An aperitif inspired by the cultural ease of the French Riviera and the UK's South Coast. A crisp dry and fresh journey on the palate, Fôlay is an aperitif crafted in the United Kingdom with cucumber, botanical distillates and French white wine.

The Fôlay moment is a moment where connection and presence matters. The Riviera culture understands this instinctively. Apéro is how life slows down, how people gather around delicious food, drinks and casual conversation. An occasion that encourages you to be present... and that is enough. 

Fôlay Aperitif can be enjoyed with soda, tonic, neat, over ice or in cocktails.

ABOUT OUR FOUNDER

Jo Last has worked in hospitality for 15 years. Having spent the first 10 years of her career behind some of the UK's best bars including The Savoy's Beaufort Bar, part of the Fairmont hotel group. In that time, she had a front row seat into the world of how people socialise, how people drink and the importance of human connection.

During the pandemic, Jo co-curated The Booze Brain, a social media platform offering a community space where hospitality professionals could connect, learn and continue their careers whilst their places of work were closed.

Most recently, Jo worked at Diageo, the world's largest alcoholic spirits company. In her time there she led Great Britain in the most notable cocktail competition in the world, World Class - think Masterchef the Professionals, but for cocktails. She also supported the growth of The Singleton Scotch Whisky, within advocacy and marketing of the brand.

Throughout her career she has been connected to thousands of bartenders across the globe, supporting them through mentorship, promotion and deep rooted passion for hospitality.

Now, Jo is building the world of Fôlay Aperitif. In a time where people are exhausted from performing, optimising, and justifying themselves, we crave moments where we can just exist in real connection without guilt, judgement or pressure. Jo believes we need more spaces and more brands that offer us a space to just be.
